Q - Forgot password.
A - Send a text message / SMS containing wegolf to +45621542883 we will return your password by sms. Any problems with sending or receiveing SMS, send us an email at tech @ wegolf.net
Q - I have downloaded WeGolf but cant find it on my phone
A - Normally you will be asked where to store WeGolf after download, if not most phones stores WeGolf in the Programs / Application folder. On some Sony Ericsson models its stored in Games.
Q - I have a trial version, how do I pay and make it a regular version
A - After your trial period of 2 weeks / 5 rounds (whatever comes first) you will not be able to access the web, download courses or use the GPS feature.To reopen your user you simply log on to your WeGolf web site and is taken through the payment. When this is completed your account is activated instantly..
Q - Not able to download courses or players
A - This is because of your WAP settings, read here for more info.
Some helpful tips for UK / Ireland and Australian users:
Vodafone UK: Use the WAP Setting called - ISP.GPRS - Can be downloaded free from Vodafones web page
O2 UK: Use settings mobile.o2.co.uk and also disable the proxy./span>

Q - I have a new phone do I have to buy a new version of WeGolf?font>
A - No, as long as your subscription is valid you can download WeGolf at any time. We recommend you follow our news for upgrades etc.If you have gotten a new phone number contact us by email, since your subscription is tied to your international mobile number.

Q - What if I pick up the ball, what score shold I record?
A - No rules for this, however, we recommend that you record PAR + 5. In that way its easy to compare your scores from round to round. In WeGolf its a "shortcut key" for this. Simply enter "*", and this is done automatic
Q - What is the difference between Public and Private Courses on the web?
A - Public are courses all users can see, Private are the ones you have entered yourself. WeGolf copy courses from Private to Public regularily so the number of courses increase all the time, benefiting all users.
Q - Can I enter my own courses?
A - Yes, you can do it on the phone, or better on the web and then download to phone. Note that courses you enter is stored in Privte Courses area. This is also the case if you edit a Public course.
Q - What phones can be used with a Bluetooth GPS?
The phone must support the standard JSR-82.
Some examples:
Nokia 6230, 6600, 6620, 6260, 6270, 6280, 6630, 6670, 6680, 6681, 7610, N70, N90, N91, N95
Sony Ericsson V600, D750, K600, K608, K750i, K800, W550, W600, W800i, W900, W910i, P900, P910, P990
Q - What phones can be used with a built in GPS?
The phone must support the standard JSR-179. Examples Nokia N95, N95 8GB, E90, N82, Nokia 6110 Navigator, Sony Ericsson W760i, c702.
Note HTC/Qtek/HP does not support this.
